 New listings Is anyone else noticed that new listings have dried up in the Seattle area? We are in the 800,000 to 1.4 price range, looking in W Seattle, Mt. Baker, Queen Ann and Magnolia and have a void in new listings for 3+ weeks now. Is this typical of mid to late summer?
