Who else thinks that all the stealth sticksaves of the last year are going to start blowing apart and constitute the next leg down in the housing and stock markets?
When I talk about "stealth sticksaves", I'm talking about things like the FHLB:
The Fed has also allowed different institutions to take out massive loans based on garbage. I'd be willing to bet we start seeing some defaults at some point in the not too distant future.
What are other people's thoughts here?
