Anyone else investing their "potential" down payments into other places such as stock market index funds? Anyone with experience in international funds such as DODFX. Has this market reached it's potential as well?

I'm no expert however China and other financial markets look like they are currently experiencing a massive bubble.
For now my long plays are mostly miners, metals, energy and I had been shorting the subprime industry. If Jim Rogers is right, we are in the midst of another commodity bull market, starting in 1998. Countries that produce these commodities such as Canada, Australia, etc should do well.

My intention is to invest a portion into non-dollar based funds (versus ADRs), among others. I do not think the worst is behind us yet regarding the dollar's continued slide.
