WTF happened here? $50k change in the ZEstimates for north Bellingham houses, almost across the board?

Really messed up -- especially when a house a couple blocks away for $299k has 1,000 more square feet and much more curb appeal (full disclosure -- my cousin lives in this neighborhood and I know it well).
