I think it's a flip gone wrong and now they're trying to get rid of it. Unfortunately there is only a picture of the front of the house. The sides of the house is still in original condition and painted light blue.

Markor, the amount you might save from a heavy discount would be swallowed up to redo it. Especially if you had to sell!

Purchased in 2007 for $560,500, selling today for $1,349,000. It's kind of bizarre, a traditional 4-square on stilts with garage jammed in front.

The first one's not my style, but I can't knock it otherwise. Nice looking remodel.

The second one is ugly from the street. Looks like they didn't bother trying to find an attractive way to merge craftsman with an attached garage. I wonder if it's real wood trim inside, or MDF.

The first one (3432 Woodlawn Ave N) is a block or two from the North Transfer station and next to a large commercial building owned by Seattle Public utilities. Not to mention the Metro 26 rolling by all day every day.
