Are these events going to start becoming much more common?

It is sad, but these two events (completely unrelated - one was potentially violent, the other hilarious - you can decide for yourself) capture the frustration going on around the nation.

But seriously, nice commission check on that sale. $.03...with potential for $.06 if the agent represented both sides. That property has no place to go but up....in flames.
