Re: Divorce in our current environment... I used to think that looks were the primary thing I'm looking for in a potential wife. But now I'm readjusting myself. Basically she has to be just "good enough" physically so I don't have to put a paper bag over her head while making love. But, more importantly she has to know the value of money and not be in any debts nor expect me to be her gravy train.

Sounds like you need to run a credit check or require their FICO score, before you say "I do".
I listen to this radio show that has been discussing this subject quite a bit lately. I've heard countless callers, say that their wife was either hidding debt and/or have huge amounts of debt. Because of the depressed RE market they can't refi their way out..Not a good situation to be in.
