So what's the deal with the sale on Jan 08, 2009? Foreclosure? No idea why an individual would buy and then immediately relist for $90k less.

Okay, answering my own question. A property search shows that this is a foreclosure:

The amount of the unpaid debt was $691,651.75
The amount paid by the grantee was $590,750.00

I wonder how one gets to owe almost $700k on a house that one purchased for $495k...
