Something funky is happening with this home? Listed at 50% lower than the last sale (which was about 600K higher than the earlier sale).

That Sept '07 sale looks pretty suspect in terms of valuation.
Probably mortgage fraud..

The NOTS was filed in December, and it looks like there is at least one other property in default for the same owner. I only checked the wife. Husband may have more. Russian names - there seems to be a pattern there.
