Looking for an independent broker to partner with

Postby tyler » Mon Aug 03, 2009 2:15 pm

We have a FSBO website, http://www.ChoiceA.com. We are revamping, adding features, etc. and would like to offer an option where the owner can also get their listing into the nwmls.

A relationship where there has to be manual data exchange would not be nearly as good as someone who is at least semi-technically savvy (we could help out on this) so that the process is mostly invisible to out users.

Why would you do this? You realize that real estate is changing, and maybe have been thinking about a different business model.

Please check our site out.

Not a lot of responses so far ;-)

So, short of anyone themselves being an independent broker interested in working with us, how do the other flat-fee MLS sites do it? Do they all have a broker as part of their "team", and do it that way?

For the brokers out there, how good is the NWMLS interface that you use? Do you have to manually input all changes by hand? For example, adding pictures, changing price, etc.

Thanks,

Tyler
