This is what I would call a great addition to the field of agents.
Maybe he is so busy with his cleaning job or bartending, no time to focus on pictures. MLS no 29159950 Call this one "This house is so good, I took pictures driving by it"

Looks like a pre-foreclosure pic where the agent is afraid the owner will come out with a shotgun. It's like a car repo...the owners can get pretty nasty. Guys who do REOs in some areas never get out of the car.

Not saying this is one of those as I did not check the mls #. But a common trait of REO specialists is don't get out of the car until they foreclose and vacate the owner. Often dangerous work.
