FSBO listings in Redfin

I see a bunch of new FSBO as new listings on Redfin today, does anyone know if these are imported on a less frequent basis or is this an uptick n FSBO's?

Thye proportion of FSBO's rather, as new listings, seems higher than normal.

    Last week, they pulled all the FSBOs in from Zillow, but then the disappeared again pretty quickly. There must have been some mistake then.

    My guess is that this is their second swing and bringing in the Zillow data.

    Could be, I see direct links on Redfin now to link to Zillow for better FSBO data. I think it is interesting that they are cooperating.

    Maybe a merger in the future?

    It's common for tech companies to cooperate. Since "eyeballs" rule the internet, it's convenient to agree to work together because it benefits both companies with no real negatives.

    That doesn't disprove a merger, but it's not clear to me why either company would want that either unless they became so tightly coupled that each feared the other might be bought by a less agreeable entity.
