Who are some of the best home builders in King County?

We were one of the early new homes in the neighborhood 11 years ago and watched the work of builders around us. Husband is an architect and about choked watching the workman shi* on at least half of them. One actually installed siding backwards. He photographed the work in progress and when the new owner came to him with moisture issues husband explained the source of the problem. The windows were also improperly flashed but the owner didn't have that fixed when the home was resided. Sigh.....
There is only one other spec builder in our area whose work we have seen that was good. Kitsap Housing Authority also does a good job. Not to say that there aren't others that we haven't noticed.
