    The ad says the price has been reduced $45,000 and it's been on the market for 79 days. I would guess he's actually attempting to sell the place and he wasn't getting any offers at the original asking price.

    What might be wrong with this house? - It's overpriced for today's market?

    BTW, ZipRealty indicates that the price has dropped only by $15k since the home was listed on MLS.

    No, TJ. That can't be right. Real estate only goes up, right?

    I believe it must have bad juju. Could be built on an old cemetery or something - like that house in Poltergeist.

    Houses with bad juju are an exception to the "only goes up" rule.
