Ardell made 60 comments to her bottom call post. In those comments she engaged people or invited people to comment.

It was a set up. She created traffic to coincide with her press release of the post.
Other than publicity, I doubt Ardell gets much - if anything - off of her participation on RCG. Tim can probably vouch that blogging isn't too financially lucrative as a career.

Not meant to be a slam on my man Tim - just sayin'. Google is not really good at sharing the wealth...

A good Real Estate blogger can get "leads" from the intermnet traffic. Ardell is considered a good blogger. She has an end user hook to blogging that Tim lacks. She can get a commission by converting a lead into a sale.

You would be surprised at how many leads can be generated in a week from blogging. Let's say it's 10 leads per week converting one into an appointment, and 1 in 100 is a sale. Average commission is $9000 split with a brokerage is $4500 times 5 is $22500.

Really there is more. When you google Ardell and a space for a de you find pages of Ardell Della Loggia. You can't buy that kind of recognition. In the blogosphere she is famous.
