Here is an article by the Seattle Times profiling a couple with large amounts of debt and no financial sense that just bought a house. With people like this abound, its no wonder we're in a bubble.

The real estate agent and mortgage lender for this couple should be ashamed of themselves.

    What I find odd about this story is they don't list any Pink Ponies amongst the couples assets. Are we to assume those have already been sold to help pay the mortgage? Are local pawn shops seeing a glut of Pink Ponies in their inventory?
