What happened to Loyal Heights???

edited July 2007 in Seattle Real Estate
Between 65th and 85th, 32nd and 12th there are only 2 pending sales and one contingent listing. The other 40+ listings are all available according to RedFin. This is quite a change from the spring when listings were flying off the market.

Then there's this one... Is it a flip or did someone just get cold feet? That definitely looks like staging furniture.

  • Approximately 60 listings now, 3 of which are contingent. Talk about a slowdown.

    Time to cut those prices!
  • Whenever I see those uber-wide angle photos that make the room look really really weird I gotta wonder: are they going for the funhouse mirror effect on purpose?

And have you noticed how so many real estate pictures these days completely overdo it on the HDR photography front? It used to be the case that the view to outside was actually brighter than inside, and now all the contrast is gone.

It does provide an excuse to duck out on the price, to say "honey, this house makes you look fat..."

    ('')
