Missing NWMLS recaps?

I was making a database of median price for various WA counties using the recap PDFs from the NWMLS website. It seems like they go all the way back to August 05 (except sept 05 is missing for some reason). All the files follow the same naming format and same file organization on their server. This makes it very convenient to find these data. But something weird happens at about May of this year; the PDFs from May on are not available as far as I can tell. At the very least, they don't follow the format NWMLS has used for the last two years. I couldn't possibly imagine that they would change their data availability just because housing isn't appreciating +20% YOY anymore, would they?

Anyway, if anyone can point me to the recaps for May and June of this year, I would really appreciate it.

    Actually the recaps go all the way back to January 2001, and September isn't missing, they just didn't follow the naming format, and called it Sept05Recaps.pdf instead of Sep05Recaps.pdf.

    In fact, slight variations on the naming format make it somewhat tricky to find many of them. For example, July 2005 is called Jul05Recap.pdf rather than Jul05Recaps.pdf. To find all of them you'll need to play around with "recap" vs. "recaps" and try adding an extra letter to the month sometimes, etc. That said, I have the complete set from all the way back in January 2001 to the present, and would be happy to email them to you.     However, the reason you can't find the two most recent months is different from the reason you can't find the others. Beginning in mid-May, they switched over from plaintext URLs for the recaps (and other pdfs) to sending pdf requests through a webapp handler program. This has the effect of hiding the more detailed pdfs from view of the public. However, the recap pdfs are still available, you just can't link directly to them. Instead, you have to go through the NWMLS press releases. Here are the links to May and June.

    P.S. (The NWMLS website seems to be having some hiccups at the moment. Both of those links are valid though. If they give you some error about viewing the page "out of context," just try refreshing a couple of times and it should load.)
