Seattle ranked as most overpriced real estate market

I found a new website today...

John Burns Consulting has ranked Seattle as the most overpriced real estate market in the country (well ok, so they're part of a 6 way tie for 1st) using May 2007 data. Portland, OR is also tied for 1st with us.

Tacoma and Olympia are also in their "significantly overpriced" category.

I wonder how Lizzy Rhodes would spin this!?

    Lizzy Rhodes will not report this, as her sources tell her that Seattle real estate is special and should be in a completely separate category from the rest of the county. Our house values are immune to the claims of these John Burns people because they haven't factored in the pink ponies.
