This one in Matthews Beach (9105 SAND POINT WAY NE, 98115) has been STI for going on 2 months now.
I suspect that's what you have going on here. I have seen a really marginal property in Columbia City go STI 4-5 times. Its a tear down that is zoned L2 - but the city has an easement for access to a neighboring park. It goes under contract, then the would-be Trumps figure out that they can't build on half the lot - and presto it is back on the market.

I've seen this house on the market before. It wasn't the cheapest then so that means it has gone through a PRICE REDUCTION!!!!!
I wonder why they didn't advertise that.
If our old friend at 1112 166th Ave SE is still on the market, it has been STI since MARCH as Eastsider was so kind to point out.

Imagine that! Living in the heart of Bellevue for only $350k. Folks, it doesn't get much better than this!
16437 NE 16th Pl
Bellevue, WA 98008
$395,000
3 bedroom / 1 bath
No square feet listed (actually they list the lot size for the house size).
No pictures.
Sold AS-IS (in CAPS even).
I think this one would be scary if I went to look at it.
You're obviously not familiar with Bellevue to be saying that. That location is on the edge of Bellevue. Look for any West Bellevue property to be under 800k.
