King County actually had the smallest listings decrease among the Puget Sound counties, and one of the largest drops in sales. Sales also dropped significantly in Kitsap, Island, and Skagit counties.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the chart of median prices compared to a year ago. Every county turned in a gain, with only Thurston and Whatcom turning in single-digit price gains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 5px auto; font-size: 0.8em; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/seattlebubble.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Around-the-Sound-Price_2018-03.png\" title=\"Median Sale Price Single-Family Homes\" rel=\"lightbox[105117]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/seattlebubble.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Around-the-Sound-Price_2018-03.png\" style=\"border: 0;\" title=\"Median Sale Price Single-Family Homes - Click to enlarge\" alt=\"Median Sale Price Single-Family Homes\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Listings were down significantly from a year earlier everywhere\u2026 except King County.
