Most of the attendees will be agents, but there are usually also some mortgage, title, escrow, and other professionals in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of BarCamps is rather interesting and unique in that for the most part there is not a schedule of speakers pre-selected by the event organizers.  Instead, there&#8217;s a giant schedule board in the entry room where anyone can come up wth an idea for a session and write it into an empty slot in an open room.<\/p>\n<p>I doubt I&#8217;ll be giving any impromptu talks today, but Real Estate BarCamp is a fairly regularly recurring event, happening roughly twice a year in Seattle.
