It’s time for another installment of Real Actual Listing Photos<\/a>. Once a month (or so) I round up some of the most bizarre listing photos from around the Seattle area and post them here, with brief excerpts from the real actual listing description, and probably a bit of snarky commentary.<\/p>\n

The idea for this series stems from the ongoing forum thread Detrimental Listing Photos<\/a>, which is where you should post your nominations for next month’s Real Actual Listing Photos post.<\/p>\n

This month’s theme is drawings. What do you do when you either can’t or don’t want to show potential buyers an actual photograph of the product you’re asking them to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on? Slap up a quick drawing, of course!<\/p>\n

Of course, we’re not going to actually show<\/em> you any of those things. You only get to see this colored pencil drawing my eighth-grade daughter drew (via Curbed Seattle<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"115<\/a>“Denny Blaine contemporary pre-sale from the experienced team of Christofides and Kormondy.”<\/p>\n

Never mind that they’re having a “pre-sale” on a home that was allegedly built in 2011. I just want to know who’s got the mad water color skills—Christofides or Kormondy?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This is what happens when you keep the 18-year-old original drawing of your home in the same drawer as your mouthwash.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Note that apparently only the traditional option shown here comes with those amazing transparent bushes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hmm, built in 2010 according to the listing, but still no photos?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Okay this one actually almost<\/em> had me fooled into thinking it was a photograph until I viewed it at full size<\/a>. Well done. That said, again with the “presale” of a home allegedly built last year… What gives?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Forget Kirkland’s “essence.” Tell me more about that amazing grass (must be viewed at full size<\/a> to really appreciate).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
