It’s time for another installment of Real Actual Listing Photos<\/a>. Once a month (or so) I round up some of the most bizarre listing photos from around the Seattle area and post them here, with brief excerpts from the real actual listing description, and probably a bit of snarky commentary.<\/p>\n

The idea for this series stems from the ongoing forum thread Detrimental Listing Photos<\/a>, which is where you should post your nominations for next month’s Real Actual Listing Photos post.<\/p>\n

This month doesn’t have any particular theme. Just enjoy a collection of odd listing photos submitted by readers and found by yours truly.<\/p>\n

Enough explanation. Let’s get to the photos! Click the photo to view the Real Actual Listing.<\/p>\n

\"4220<\/a>“Easy means of transportation.”<\/p>\n

So… the SUV that’s featured prominently in three of the first four listing photos is included, then? Thanks to Joe for submitting this one!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"103<\/a>“…a nice solid home, barn, storage shed and all new equipment included even ladders!”<\/p>\n

And in case you don’t believe them about the ladders, there’s a great photo of those, too.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"7717<\/a>“…this well cared for home is perfect for a single person or a growing family.”<\/p>\n

It’s hard to read but this photo and two others in the series show little cards on the beds that read “Please do not sit on the bed. Thank you.” Makes perfect sense to leave those up for the photo shoot…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"11932<\/a>“As you can see by the photos, this Home needs work and it is a Short Sale Home.”<\/p>\n

Nah. The garage is perfect<\/em>. I especially love the leaning file cabinet that looks like it might be sinking into the floor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"11530<\/a>“The house features include new carpet, nice view from living room…”<\/p>\n

Who doesn’t love to pump a little iron next to the fire after a long hard day at work? They’re apparently really<\/em> proud of this particular shot, given that they included it in the listing twice<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"9456<\/a>“Step into an inviting, spacious home that has been lovingly restored to a “Like New” condition.”<\/p>\n

Okay if I stepped into a bedroom and saw a teddy bear just sitting there alone in the room on a rocking chair, with no other furniture, staring at me… I would be a little creeped out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
