It’s time for another installment of Real Actual Listing Photos<\/a>. Once a month (or so) I round up some of the most bizarre listing photos from around the Seattle area and post them here, with brief excerpts from the real actual listing description, and probably a bit of snarky commentary.<\/p>\n

Here’s another reminder for those of you who enjoy this series to avail yourselves of the revelry over at Looney Listing<\/a>, with similar content updated throughout the month, from all around the country.<\/p>\n

The idea for this series stems from the ongoing forum thread Detrimental Listing Photos<\/a>, which is where you should post your nominations for next month’s Real Actual Listing Photos post.<\/p>\n

This month doesn’t have any particular theme. Just enjoy a collection of odd listing photos submitted by readers and found by yours truly.<\/p>\n

One of the multiple uses: stacking random luggage to the ceiling!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"400<\/a>“This spacious condominium has a stellar view of the Space Needle, Lake Union, Olympics and downtown Seattle.”<\/p>\n

Hmm. In my book a view that’s 50% freeway doesn’t quite count as a “stellar” view of anything other than the freeway…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

…and your fingers…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"5604<\/a>“…daylight basement also has kitchenette & Family Rm.”<\/p>\n

“Kitchenette.” Ri-iiight.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"3404<\/a>“lush, private and quiet setting”<\/p>\n

What I really like about this photo is how it conveys the feeling that you’re sneaking up on the residents inside during a nice quiet family dinner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"16521<\/a>“Den\/office or guest room on main floor. Butler’s plus walk-in pantry!”<\/p>\n

So the decor suggests frequent now-legal activities taking place throughout this home. Then you notice the random kids’ toys scattered everywhere. Hmm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
