A robust job market around the Greater Seattle area is also spurring sales.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Wow.  It&#8217;s like they&#8217;re parodying <em>themselves<\/em>.  &#8220;Positive cyclone of home sales activity&#8221;?!?  Just wow. So far that still looks like a strong possiblity.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the supply\/demand YOY graph.
