According to June data, Seattle-area home prices were:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Up 1.8% May to June<br \/>\n<strong>Up 11.8% YOY.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Down<\/em> 18.6% from the July 2007 peak<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Last year prices rose 1.8% from May to June and year-over-year prices were up 1.8%.<\/p>\n<p>Note that the year-over-year number decreased slightly from 11.9% in May to 11.8% in June. This chart takes the twelve cities whose peak index was greater than 175, and tracks how far they have fallen so far from their peak.
