Here&#8217;s another round of local real estate links from the past few weeks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seattle definitely appears to be &#8220;special&#8221; in one area: real estate websites.  Ms. Rhodes <a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/realestate\/2003597986_foreclosurepoint04.html\" title=\"Net zeroes in on foreclosures\">reports on ForeclosurePoint<\/a>; the latest to join the fray.<\/li>\n<li>Bremerton: <a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/realestate\/2003597996_realneighborhood04.html\" title=\"Buzz about Bremerton comeback is ringing true this time\">up and coming<\/a>?
