I&#8217;m going to keep it simple.  What you see below is a list of my favorite line from each of the local writeups.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/businesstechnology\/2003605964_webhomesales07.html\" title=\"King County home sales climb in Feb.; prices steady\">It&#8217;s too early to say if this spring&#8217;s home sales will be a repeat of last spring&#8217;s frenetic activity, but February&#8217;s home sales point to it&#8230;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/seattlepi.nwsource.com\/local\/306473_mls08ww.html\" title=\"MLS report: Number of homes on the market continues to grow\">Northwest MLS officials said the increase in pending sales and sales prices were &#8220;signs of a rejuvenating market.&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.king5.com\/localnews\/stories\/NW_030807BUB_home_sales_pierceTP.2ecd0214.html\" title=\"Spring forecast: hot housing market\">This sets the stage for a hot spring market throughout Western Washington.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/seattle.bizjournals.com\/seattle\/stories\/2007\/03\/05\/daily22.html\" title=\"Housing market strong in February\">NWMLS officials said that low interest rates, coupled with the area&#8217;s job growth, will &#8220;sustain a healthy housing economy throughout the Puget Sound region.&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/seattletimes.nwsource.com\/html\/businesstechnology\/2003606998_townhomes080.html\" title=\"Houses here cost more than you think\">The newest numbers, released Wednesday, put the median cost of a single-family home within Seattle proper at $440,250 \u2014 out of the reach of most workers&#8230;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/seattlepi.nwsource.com\/business\/306537_housing08.html\" title=\"Home prices go back up in February\"><i>[Northwest MLS officials]<\/i> blamed February&#8217;s lower number of closed sales on bad weather in preceding months and dismissed concerns about the increasing number of homes on the market<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heraldnet.com\/stories\/07\/03\/08\/100loc_a1housing001.cfm\" title=\"Condos are hot, houses are cold\"><i>[J.
