Yesterday's housing market seemed unstoppable: The mortgage deals seemed too good to pass up, convincing many it was the perfect time to purchase a home, regardless of their credit.
Today's outlook has changed. Nationwide, the market has slowed. And the mortgage deal for many, including buyers in Kitsap, was too good to be true.
The number of home foreclosures has skyrocketed around the country, and it has risen steadily even in robust housing markets like Kitsap's.....
