The state's largest market in 2007 was China, with exports of $9.6 billion. Other top markets include Japan ($7.7 billion), Canada ($7.6 billion), India ($5.8 billion) and South Korea ($3.0 billion). Washington exported a minimum of $1 billion in goods to twelve other markets. The transportation equipment sector dominates the state's export profile, accounting for 64 percent of the total.
