Congrats, RCC! And you have the distinction of posting quality, useful and even funny info every now and again, so double kudos. I notice I was recently passed by sniglet, and am no longer in the top 5. I burned brightly in the beginning of these forums, but now that I'm a dirty renter trying hard to postpone buying for as long as possible, getting too deep into these forums can be dangerous!
