Zillow/ KC Tax assessed
Posted: Thu Dec 04, 2008 10:54 amI am sure this has already been discussed at lenght somewhere in the forums, but my search came up empty. Could someone please direct me to a thread about how close the current King County assessed tax value (2009) is to what the "best guess" is for the value. I looked at a few properties and Zillow is about six percent higher on the values than King County.
