I've been looking through a bunch of MLS listings, and have noticed one constant about Seattle condos.
They consistently have 1 parking space per unit.
Call me overly car dependent -- but it's a bit silly to assume that dual income couples buying 2 bedroom condos in say -- Ballard, Fremont, or Queen Anne Hill -- will be able to depend on at least one person being able to work from home or get by with public transportation for a daily commute.
What are your thoughts? Would monthly parking in a private lot be the only way to have a second car in these areas? Street parking is really awful in the "cores" of all these neighborhoods.
