  • Woo Hoo! Real Estate is slightly better than when Seattle suffered massive job loss, and a recession targetted specifically at it's key industries!

    I'd be willing to bet that our numbers were better than they were during the Great Depression, too! These people are obviously biased against RE, or they'd have mentioned that, too.
