  I haven't seen that before. First useful data I have seen from Forbes in a while!
  
  I did a sort on the data and it showed Seattle was 8th highest on Total % of owners with Second mortgage/Heloc at 27.6% - so I am not sure how they did their rankings. And that wasn't too far off the worst, which was Boulder at 30.2%
