$700 / month HOD in windstone

I saw this before in went STI and was intriuged until I saw the homeowner's dues, $700 per month, ouch. Anyone know anybody that owns in this neighborhood, what do you get for that kind of dues, free massages?

Maybe you are right, but still, $575K from sale price of 780K last year is a good step in the right direction, for me at least

I agree. That is the starting price for the auction though.

I bet realtors would ignore that sale when calculating comps.

Another house in the neighborhood lists HOA dues as $65, which is $780/yr...
