As more new construction are reducing prices to keep inventory from sitting vacant, some aren't building after developing the lots, instead selling the lots as "build ready". Here is a mansion waiting for a buyer.

    High end builder must liquidate. Ready to build lot 12,( and many more) located in exclusive community of luxury view homes.

    Holy crap, that place looks awesome, but I bet the energy bill on that monster would exceed most people's salary.

    Funny thing to me is that it's cheaper than the Avondale Albatross. Granted it's a bit further out, but dang, 26 acres and 8,300 square feet?!?

    What kind of fool builds a $1mm plus mansion in the middle of nowhere on spec? Must be more to this story, me thinks.

    I'd be interested but it doesn't mention having a "generator"! I did drive to see it, really amazing view once you climb the steep driveway. What I saw that was a shame was a long line of abandoned old rusted working trucks bumper to bumper on the property next to this. Sad. It would make a great get a way resort place, if people could find it.
