Great site Tim!

I'm a new member here but have been lurking for awhile.

I'm the CEO/Broker of NW FSBO SOLUTIONS a limited service real estate company which offers a one time flat fee listing service with money back guarantee.

I'm posting to see what eveyones take on "limited service" companies.

Side Note - Our home search feature shows DOM (days on market) for every listing unlike other sites.

We are currently working on a feature that shows the price history of every listing, a great feature for all you buyers out there.

    Lots of sites show DOM. It's CDOM that they don't show (but will in the near future).

    I checked a few other local major sites with no luck. I'm sure there are others.

    Ah, local sites. I was talking about places like Redfin, Zip Realty, etc.

    Okay thanks for the info.

    I previously checked Windermere, JLS, CBBain and so on, companies with more of a presence in WA.
