Trilogy (in Redmond Ridge) is offering a $75,000 discount on "select" new homes. Note that at least one of the residents need to be 55+. Offer expires May/4. I spoke to them & they are "very motivated" to make a sale happen.

By far, this is the biggest discount on any new home on the eastside. I'm hearing rumors that other builders are throwing in freebies as well.

    They are starting to feel the pinch - this should truly be considered a reduction in price, even though it is being disguised as a discount, etc.

    On a side note, aren't Baby Boomers supposed to be picking up second and third homes left and right?

    According to yesterday's newspaper ad, Trilog is offering a "discount of upto $185K" on their homes. Wow!
