While I'm not going to delete or edit this, I do want to say that I think the term "blowhard" is unnecessarily harsh. I probably would have used "cheerleader." There's no need to call people names just because we think they have dumb opinions. :^)
Normally I don't resort to name calling, however, blow-hard was honestly the only term that came to my mind. Cheerleader is a much better term however, the poll won't let me edit anything but the subject and message body.
Of course, I voted for Ardell (not trying to sway anyone here, just... well, a person could go mad trying to make sense of her nonsensical bloviations)
You want to change it to the SHUGSTER don't you??!! He has made his return and now everyone remembers how annoying he is! I wish he would stick to smoking weed and playing his gypsy guitar.

I hate weed...makes me gittery. But give me a good bottle Scotch any day.
I'm actually not a housing cheerleader....I'm more of a moderate. While I don't think buying a good idea right now as a purely financial investment, I do think it's a good way to go if you're going to buy a house and stay in it for 5-10 years.
Not a good time for flipping anymore....but actually buying a residence is fine.

Geez, we're being censored already.

I guarantee that if we ran this poll about 6 months ago, Shug would be the leading vote getter.
