    This survey is nothing but a troll for potential buyers. They focus a lot on asking what kind of homes you want and barely ask anything about your broader views of the real estate market. There are no questions about how deep you think prices will fall, etc.

    Agree that the survey is just trolling for buyers. They will cherry pick the answers they like and post the survey with a the bottom line "its a great time to buy!!!".

    The hungry stomach of a RE "professional" has no conscience.... :twisted:

    If you say you're not in the market for a townhome or condo right now it jumps you to the end where the few questions about the general direction of the market are asked.
