So here is a neat option – if you can't sell at an exorbitant price that no one will bite on – try renting at an exorbitant price! As they say, new sucker born every day!

Hmm.... should I ....
Buy The Overpriced Condo?
Or
Rent it?

Renting it is cheaper. Go that route.

The rental is probably $2000 too high. The sell price is probably $500,000 too high. Don't see that one going anywhere.
