Can this be serious?

It appears that somebody wants $875000 for a construction project that is halfway done? And has been sitting like that for 6 months?
The lack of photos are an obvious attempt to hide what it looks like. Is this what RE agents call "creative" advertising?
On the off chance that the person offloading this is reading it, please put some photos detailing where the project is at. Offer information and plans on what it will look like when done. Give links to other projects by the same architect or builder. Do anything other than tell people nothing!
When will people understand that more information always helps sell stuff? Do people really still believe the BS that "serious" buyers will call or come in person if you just offer one or two nuggets? That is a dangerous gamble in the worst housing market in 70 years.

Who's the bigger dreamer? Zillow or the owner?
If you switch to road view, what is apparently the driveway is actual road. Corner lot sounds better than "house sits at end of dead-end street."
Criminals have their own code too.
For Realtors, the translation of the regulation is:
" When you are exaggerating or misleading or outright lying, make sure you are smiling and do everything in your power to convince the clients that you are working hard on their behalf, and when you have convinced them to make a 600,000 dollar offer on a house worth 400,000 dollars, make sure to buy them a 20 dollar gift card from Home Depot when the deal closes, for they will be spending thousands of dollars more than that on repairs you did not notify them about."
