There's a lot about that house that doesn't make sense. First, what kind of $12M house has 4 bedrooms? Second, Zestimates are way out of whack ($2M vs $12M): is this because that house is so far outside the norm that their algorithms have a margin of error of 600%? Also, why did Jay Buehner need to "cash out"? The tax information has $400k for the land and $2.1M for the additions: I find it hard to believe that 80 acres (even if it's Fall City) are 1/5 as valuable as a 7500 sq ft manse. Finally, that listing says the median value in zip code 98024 is $649,975: is 98024 a rich person exclusive code (like Medina) or is it just the Fall City zip code? It seems impossible that the median in Fall City general could be above the King County median.
