Try to rent or sell ur property

edited January 2009 in Seattle Real Estate
The following website had come to my attention while research for real estate property. It had a good map that show the location of the property that u r interested in as well as nearby property with distance, price, sqf reference as well. It's a good start to find out what's the nearby properties are selling or renting in ur area.

Goto http://realtact.com
Then select real estate or rental property, then listing search.

Cool.

  • Here is a good one too.

  • Are there really people here that have property in Ur?

I've always wanted a time share in Ur.
  • Don't let those naysayers tell you that U R crazy. It's always a good time to buy a time share in U R.
  • Has somebody noticed the increase in for-rent properties in the recent days? I don't know if there is any official number out there but at least on eastside there are properties available for rent everywhere.

I guess those who could not sell last year are in the market for renting it out now.

Is there any official number that can validate this observation? Maybe somebody can track the posts on craigslist
  • I'm seeing a larger number of rentals on my daily commute through the Eastside for sure. Where there would normally be maybe one for rent sign up (and usually none at all), I'm seeing four up right now, and this is in three miles. One is a failed sale, one is unknown (first time I've seen it for rent), and two are rentals that just seem to be vacant suddenly.
  • Yeah, there is definately more and more rentals coming up in tracking areas that my properties are at as well. Northgate has quite a few recent two weeks.
  • Definitely alot more rentals out there. I was actually talking to my property manager about it yesterday. We have alot more rentals, but then again so does everyone else. Rents are coming down.
  • Looking for advice...

God has called me to leave UR, I'm looking for a new place.
I plan on living here for a while (possibly eternity), but I'm worried about others (Philistines, Assyrians, etc.) trying to force me to leave/kill me and my people.
Couple Jews I know were willing to give me a good rate, but than they found out I was one "one of their own" and they wouldn't lend to me anymore. Something about the rules on usury.

    Rent or buy?

Just make sure then when he tells you to kill off the inhabitants, do it quickly or you will be stuck wandering the desert.
  • Gomorrah has some good deals right now. Similar climate to Ur, but you have to watch out for the occasional storm of fire and brimstone. Lots of construction and RE jobs though!
