Lynnwood Honda

Car salesmen and the car buying process suck. But I have to give a big :) to Lynnwood Honda for doing car sales right, particularly salesman Josh Riggs. No pressure, very straightforward and an all around cool guy. I higly recommend them if you're in the market for a Honda.

A big :x to Kirkland Honda and particularly Chaplin Subaru for treating me like I wasn't worth their time. I'll never go to either of those place again.

  • Good luck with the CRV, LHR "thumbs_up"
  • Sorry to hear that you had an issue with Kirkland Honda. I looked at a used Accord in 2005 there and the salesman was pretty decent.

The next time you go looking for a car -- if you are willing to consider a Subaru -- check out Carter Subaru. A very well regarded dealership. I take my Outback there for service.
  • Subarus were on my list of potential cars, and I did look at both the Outback and Forester, but ultimately ruled them both out. The CRV had everything I was looking for, so that's what I got.

I only mentioned I'd bought a CRV in another forum, so it seems downpayment knows my super secret identity -- which means I know who he is too.
  • That's why you shouldn't post on the NAMBLA board with your real name. Mine is "ChrisHansonRoxors"
  • Hey, do you guys know about yelp.com? People review anything and everything around Seattle. It's how I found the movers I used recently... Check it out!
  • Yelp.com is great, but for restaurant reviews, I swear by http://www.urbanspoon.com
  • Funny you all were talking about Honda's and such. I drove by Klein Honda today up in south Everett and they had protestors out in front today. Ironic thing is I almost bought a Honda Odyssey at Klein Honda several weeks ago, but walked away from the deal. Sales staff mentioned to me on my way out that the Honda value was there and that I was not reasonable. I said, its only worth what I'm willing to pay and I still have have my principle, save the sales pitch for your monthly payment buyers. Then today the protestors. Unbelievably ironic.
