I noticed many real estate agents contracted to sell the house not even present at open house. I have been going to open houses and more than 50% of them are not attended by the folks who actually should hustle for the commission. Once a real estate broker earns seller's trust, that's where everything ends in today's Seattle real estate market. I suggest to discuss this with the broker and make it in the contract that whoever makes commissions has to attend and market your property.
