Inventory going down/standing-still?

King County's Inventory in October seems have gone down slightly? Is that normal?

    Yes. Inventory usually goes down this time of year. We could still be seeing YOY increases of 40% though.

    Also - Tim changed the source of data for the ticker on the home page, and while it seems it is more accurate at the end of the month - it also appears to be more volatile. Goes up and down by 100 listings in a day. The Windermere inventory count seems to be more stable.

    That's true. I realized that after I switched it. Might move back to column 1 data. They've both got their pluses and minuses.
