Best way to track price cuts for a property?
Hi All,
I looking for your suggestions on the best way to track price cuts for a property? I'm currently using a very manual method of writing down the MLS # and the current asking price, then come back every few weeks on Redfin and checking to see if the price has changed. I'm thinking there has to be a better way to track this information than that. Is there a way to see original asking price and subsequent pricing adjustments along the way to the current price for an offering?
Any help or suggestions are much appreciated!

That adds Price Reduced as a search term, but I don't see how much the reduction was, or if the price was reduced mutliple times. Specifically what I'd like to see is for any given MLS# the date the property first went up for sale, and the amount asked. Then I would like to see the date of price adjustment (if any), and how much the price adjustment was. If there were mutliple price adjustments/dates, I would like to see each one individually. I'm not very demanding am I?
Anyway - since I'm kind of a newbie at this, I was hoping someone could get me pointed in the right direction.
Thanks again,

It's there, on the main page for the house you're looking at search for:
ZipRealty Price Track:
In that section, it'll list something like this:
Price Reduced: 09/22/07 -- $575,000 to $559,900
